Elizabeth M. Nielsen

In life, we all experience times of change and uncertainty.  It is common to question our decisions and feel lost as we search for our purpose.  This can lead to feelings of stress, anxiety, grief, and loss.

I am committed to helping military service members, Veterans, and their families through the transitions of life. Using a compassionate and evidence-based approach, I provide support to individuals aged six and up who are facing grief, loss, and other challenges.

My background is rich in military culture, education, and community.  I have a unique understanding of combat deployments, reintegration, and separation from loved ones.  As a former educator, I have helped kindergarten through twelfth-grade students and their families navigate social, emotional, and academic challenges.

You do not have to face difficult times alone.  I am here to support you, help you find your inner strengths, and guide you through the ups and downs of life.  Let us work together to reach your goals and find healing.
